FAQ’S
Are your cutting boards safe to use with food?
Absolutely! We hope that you will use your board everyday! Our boards are treated with pure mineral oil that keeps it safe to use with any food, whether it be fresh vegetables or fresh off the grill!
How to care for your cutting board.
After use, hand wash and dry. Periodically, treat with a pure mineral oil or butcher block oil. Both are acceptable for protecting your cutting board from drying out and food penetrating the wood.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes, we just need the file to be at least 500 x 500 pixels and in a PNG format and in black and white or gray scale. We can work with you to get the correct file and format through the “Get in Touch” section.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most single boards or boxes should be delivered with in 10 days or sooner. Multiple orders can take longer.
Do you only use bamboo for your boards?
We preferred to use bamboo for many reasons, however, we can accommodate almost any request. And even engrave on a piece you can send to us.
Do you engrave on more than cutting boards?
Yes, we also specialize in keepsake boxes and are exploring more products to expand our offering.
